Cause: The section in the spec file to set and export the NSS_ENABLE_ECC and NSS_ECC_MORE_THAN_SUITE_B build time environment variables was missing.
Consequence: This would prevent NSS from allowing external pkcs #11 cryptograhic modules to support ECC algorithms beyond those specified in suite B thus preventing supprt for pluggable ECC.
Fix: The nss spec file has been fixed to include those exports.
Result: NSS properly supports puggable ECC.
