I am splitting the tarball (too big)
The tarball is not something I'm looking for. What I need to debug this is preprocessed source, ie. if you can add -save-temps to the gcc command line which reproduces it and attach (or mail me if you cannot get attach to work) alignmgr.i it creates. Created attachment 94900 [details]

Fixed by http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-cvs/2003-10/msg00204.html Will appear in gcc-3.2.3-21. An errata has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report.
