Please include tinc package (http://www.tinc-vpn.org/), already available in Fedora 19 and Fedora 20, in Fedora EPEL for el5, el6, el7.

* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing tinc-1.0.23-1.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
