Description of problem:
Portlets for displaying recent alerts and recent operations uses the same underlying UI component as common Alerts/History or Operations/History tabs. However, the "new schedule" and/or "new definition" doesn't make sense in this context, because the entity context is not known here. Hence, the buttons should not be visible in this use case.

1. navigate to dashboard
2. click on 
3a. "new definition" button on Recent Alerts portlet
  or
3b. "new schedule" button on Recent Operations portlet

buttons should be hidden

         dashboard and at the same time making it work for the resource
         specific dashboard Summary/Activity tab. Also disabling the
         button for group versions of the portlets.
