Description of problem: Portlets for displaying recent alerts and recent operations uses the same underlying UI component as common Alerts/History or Operations/History tabs. However, the "new schedule" and/or "new definition" doesn't make sense in this context, because the entity context is not known here. Hence, the buttons should not be visible in this use case. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10.0-SNAPSHOT How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. navigate to dashboard 2. click on 3a. "new definition" button on Recent Alerts portlet or 3b. "new schedule" button on Recent Operations portlet Actual results: exception Expected results: buttons should be hidden
