Under certain conditions, qemu-kvm logs would get flooded with "'Spice-Warning **: mjpeg_encoder.c:799:mjpeg_encoder_start_frame: unsupported format 2'" warnings. This warning has been changed to a debug which does not appear by default in the logs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. let spice monitor flushs frequently under text mode.
1.1. login text mode
# init 3
1.2. touch files on guest
# for ((i=0;i<5000;i++)); do touch `printf "%032d" $i`; done
1.3. list files name
# ls

This probably does not deserve a spice_warning(), sent a patch to downgrade that log to spice_debug() which is not shown in logs by default
