Description of problem:
when you open edit template dialog not changing anything and clicking ok fails with no indication why.
The reason is that in the advanced options -> Host -> 'Use custom migration downtime' is unchecked but not greyed out

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit template 
2.don't do any change 
3.Click OK

Actual results:
Dialog doesn't close

Expected results:
Dialog should close

Additional info:
Checking and un checking Use custom migration downtime allows you to click OK.

seems that this is already fixed in master
