Description of problem:

  I see the error on the jenking /manage page.

How reproducible: always/deterministic

Steps to Reproduce:
  Occurred right after creating new application...
  1. Create new account on openshift
  2. Created new jenkins app
  3. observer /manage page
  
Actual results: error occurs

Expected results: ... error does not occur and everything works?

Additional info: Possible regression Bug #836203

I delivered a fix for this last night, it should go into our next release to online starting around monday.

It's fixed, verified on devenv_stage_732 ,the /manage page can be accessed, do not encounter error, will see "Manage Jenkins" page. please refer to the following testing steps:

1. create a jenkins app
rhc app create jenkins jenkins-1 --no-git
2. access /manage page : https://jenkins-cdm.dev.rhcloud.com/manage
