Description of problem:

Frontend allows creation of a VM with negative memory. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.4.0-0.12


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click create new VM
2. In System Tab enter negative amount of memory (i.e -15 MB)
3. Click ok

Actual results:

VM created without errors.

Expected results:

Dialog should validate incorrect input and prevent creation of such VM.


Additional info:

Also other parts of the "System" tab seem to be not validated (for example the Total virtual CPUs will accept negative value but at least will fail on the backend upon the dialog submit)
