Description of problem:
On UI, when trying to edit template, and change the name, pressing OK,
give no response, the edit template window stays open, and there is no log for it in engine.log

i suspect this is the same issue as in bug 1066617
can you please verify, when you click ok and nothing happens,
in the edit dialog, go to "Show advanced options" and then click the "Host" tab,
you should see there that the "Use custom migration downtime" is not checked but editable.
