Doc Text:
Previously, the pacemaker utility was unable to start more than 10 instances of a cloned resource. As a consequence, clusters containing more than 10 nodes did not function correctly. This update fixes this bug and pacemaker can now properly start an unlimited number of instances of a cloned resource.

This does not just have to do with the dlm (which is managed by cman in 6.6). This bug prevents us from being able to manage any cloned resource on more than 10 nodes.
