This is using the AMD Radeon HD 7770. Still an issue in 7.1, will not have time to fix it. This is fixed in xorg-x11-drv-ati-7.5.0-3. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
