Description of problem:

With the implementation of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=917586 this file should have been removed or at least updated in the documentation regarding the Administration guide:

The table entry for '/etc/ovirt-engine' now includes reference to the ovirt-engine.conf file, as mentioned in Comment #2. The table entry for 'etc/sysconfig/ovirt-engine' has been removed. These changes are live in the 3.4 docs.
