Description of problem:

The ovirt node build cleans /var/log dir so it will remove all vdsm logs created during rpm install. During the node registration the logs get created as root:root.

This bug is about check why vdsm-tool creates the logs as root:root if we do not touch these files before. Additional info can be found in bz#10551531 and http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/26095/.
