Description of problem:
The version of python-requests currently in F20, 1.2.3, is quite far behind the upstream.  The linkchecker package in Fedora has an undeclared dependency on python-requests (see Bug #1084503) but the version of python-requests needed is 2.2.0 or greater.

Please update the package in F20 to the latest upstream - 2.3.0.
