It's not clear which subversion template related to which base template.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create template1 from vm
2.Create subversion template for template1 
3.Look on the template tab

Actual results:
You can't understand what is the base template of a subversion template

Expected results:    
Should be clear what is the base template of a subversion template
