Doc Text:
Previously, the Spice ActiveX plug-in for Internet Explorer 11 was not able to be upgraded, even though a newer version of SpiceX.cab was available. As a result, an old version of the installed ActiveX plugin was used. Now, upgrade is possible and this is no longer an issue.

Verified in rhevm-3.3.4-0.53.el6ev.noarch (is37).

Verification steps:
1. Have a Windows client (I used Windows 7 x64) with IE11, no IE SPICE addon installed.
2. Log into RHEVM 3.3.3 (or older) User Portal and open console of some VM with SPICE protocol (Browser plugin) set.
3. RHEVM offers to install a SpiceX.cab addon - install it and check its version: 5.0.3.2014 (for RHEVM 3.3.3).
4. Close VM console window and the User Portal window.
5. Now log into RHEVM 3.3.4 User Portal and also open console of some VM with SPICE protocol (Browser plugin) set.
6. RHEVM again offers to install a SpiceX.cab addon which updates the current one. Install/update and check it's higher version - 5.0.3.3012.
