Bodhi update submission link: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/new/?type_=security&bugs=1092613,1092614 python-lxml was moved into the RHEL 5 base channel as of March 2013, although the EPEL 5 version was never removed. I'll get python-lxml blocked from EPEL 5, but a fixed version will need to come from Red Hat. The version in RHEL 5 is very old though, has the issue been confirmed to exist in that version?
