Comment 2 Jeffrey C. Ollie 2014-04-29 15:25:09 UTC
python-lxml was moved into the RHEL 5 base channel as of March 2013, although the EPEL 5 version was never removed. I'll get python-lxml blocked from EPEL 5, but a fixed version will need to come from Red Hat. The version in RHEL 5 is very old though, has the issue been confirmed to exist in that version?

Hi Jeffrey,

Yes, please remove it from EPEL 5 if there are no intentions of it being updated. You can close this bug after doing so as well. The issue is being triaged at the moment to determine if RHEL5 is affected.

Thanks,
Martin
