totpcgi-selinux is on the Rawhide broken deps report for a long time, and the fix for that would be easy, but it fails to rebuild for Fedora newer than 20:

There are now patches in the master branch that fix the build. Tested on Fedora 20, scratch build for Rawhide is here:
