Description of problem:
When viewing a PDF through Firefox with the in-browser viewer and then using the viewer's print button, a blank page is sent at the end of the job.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-28.0-3.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/tv/eurovision/2014-Scorecard-final.pdf
2.Click the printer icon in the top right of the page area

Hi, i still encounter this problem with Firefox-35.0.1, when i print a pdf a extra blank page is printed.
When i download this pdf, it is only 1 page, and it prints fine.
So printing a pdf from Firefox always triggers a extra blank page, UNLESS you choose to print page 1-1
