Hi, i still encounter this problem with Firefox-35.0.1, when i print a pdf a extra blank page is printed. When i download this pdf, it is only 1 page, and it prints fine. So printing a pdf from Firefox always triggers a extra blank page, UNLESS you choose to print page 1-1
