As per IRC conversation in #sbr-virt, it would be more useful to describe required vdsm and rhev-h versions in addition to the information provided here:

    Could you provide me with a full list of host compatibility matrix (including required vdsm and rhev-h versions)? Arthur mentioned someone from your team may have the answers. Please let me know who I should contact.

Tahlia - on discussion with Yaniv, we determined that what needs to happen to close this bug is to simply add a note to the topic in question stating that the latest version of VDSM provides backwards compatibility with all previous versions of RHEV.
