Adds lua>51 support

Description of problem:
The elinks that is currently in the repos is not compiled with Lua support since lua50 is required, whereas the current version of lua is 5.2

More recent versions of elinks now support lua5.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. elinks --version|grep -i lua

Additional info:
I created a patch that adds lua5.2 support from the git version of elinks. I am attaching the patch and .spec files. An rpm built from this is available at http://millermart.in/blag/content/elinks_rpm_with_lua/elinks-0.12-0.37.pre6.fc20.x86_64.rpm

Thanks for the bug report and the patch!  Fixed it in elinks-0.12-0.39.pre6.fc21, will merge it into stable branches hopefully next week (together with the fix for bug #1098789).
