Description of problem:
[RFE]Consider hiding snapshots creation option, as it's not working via UI for customer for HE-VM.

Snapshots creation option isn't working via UI for customer for HE-VM.
I'd expect as a customer for the snapshot to be supported and available, if not supported, not even shown, just like hard disk not shown.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Assemble HE environment.
2.Log in to HE-VM UI and then to snapshots.
3.See that it's possible to "Create" snapshot by clicking with right button of the mouse over active one.

Actual results:
Warning message shown and snapshot unavailable for creation, while action of "create" is available.

Expected results:
Should be consistency here, if hard disk not shown under hard disks, so snapshots tab should be empty as well, without "active" snapshot being shown in UI if not supported for HE, otherwise should work if supported.

btw, this isn't about "not having disks", rather hosted engine being a special VM.
not sure interesting enough use case to disable the button in the gui, but keeping open.
