Description of problem:

When RHQ manages several hosts (HCs) in EAP6 domain it shows all DomainDeployments under all HCs as well. It even allows to create new DomainDeployment resource under HC (but that would fail, because it's not permitted on EAP side)

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have EAP6 running in domain mode with at least 1 slave HC .. all managed by rhq agent
2. try to create DomainDeployment under slave HC

Actual results:

This fails, because EAP allows to create domainDeployments only on Domain Controller

Expected results:

Option to create domain deployments is not available for HC and DomainDeployments are not discovered on HC level, only under DC

Will be fixed within Bug 1069691. Although it may not be possible to disable creating DomainDeployment resource under HostController.
