Description of problem:
When user syncs content, there is a record for this that appears in dynflow console.  However, there is no "Action" text so user gets a selection of blank "Action" items.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite-6.0.3-RHEL-7-20140604.0

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable dynflow console
2.  Sync content (possibly RH, possibly custom content?)
3.  View actions in dynflow

Actual results:
A bunch of blank lines for content syncs

Expected results:
Content syncs should have appropriate "Action" text.

The sync status page is being updated to use dynflow using bug 1122249 .
