Edited chapter 5 - Installing the virtualization packages to reflect RHN EoL:
5 intro - removed RHN instructions 
5.1 - removed mention of rhn entitlement from warning note
5.2 - altered instructions to say "subscription manager" instead of RHN and added warning note advising that RHN is now deprecated 

Edited chapter 10 - KVM Para-virtualized (virtio) Drivers
10.1 & 10.3 - removed identical, redundant notes advising RHN channels needed 

Now awaiting rebuild.
