OpenShift Enterprise 2.1 introduced the oo-admin-console-cache command.  Thus,

• For OSE 2.0 and earlier, one must use oo-admin-broker-cache --clear --console.

• For OSE 2.1 and later, one must use oo-admin-console-cache --clear.
