Upstream spamassassin patch

Description of problem:
After applying system updates (which included an update to perl-Net-DNS-0.76-1.fc20.x86_64), spamassassin couldn't perform DNS lookups any longer. This error appeared in my logs:

warn: plugin: eval failed: available_nameservers: No DNS servers available!
warn: rules: failed to run NO_DNS_FOR_FROM RBL test, skipping:
warn: (available_nameservers: [...] No DNS servers available!)

I'm running spamassassin-3.4.0-4.fc20.x86_64 and that appears to be the latest available version. There's an upstream patch available that I've manually applied on my system and I've verified that it works just fine:

https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1603518
