Description of problem:
Screen should install its tmpfiles snippet into %_tmpfilesdir, not in /etc. /etc is administrator territory. screen should gain 'BuildRequires: systemd' for the macro.

No, this is about moving /etc/tmpfiles.d/screen.conf to /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/screen.conf.

Well, it was assigned against component cairo-... something

Anyway, I fixed it as part of bug #1112016 already.
