I've asked many times on -devel trying to persuade someone to update the package in Fedora, and I only get responses but no actions.

This package is a dup of the existing one: python3-cairo

Cant see how this is relevant to this Review Request. Probably a question for upstream, isn't it?

Not upstream, but the relevant nonresponsive package maintainer in Fedora. I have no idea.
