Description of problem:
The Unset custom field feature in the action part of creating or editing a rule does not work correctly.

4.4.4021-5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Rule Engine rule that has an action of unsetting a custom field

Actual results:
1. When viewing the summary, it is not mentioned.
2. When editing the rule again, the action is not shown

Expected results:
The action information should be recorded.

Additional info:
I have my suspicions about where the problem lies.
