Steps to reproduce: 1. using Mate desktop 2. enable compositor effect with dconf-editor Notes: I got the same issue with marco (Mate's window-manager). I'm using nvidia driver from rpmfusion. Starting metacity in a terminal with 'metacity --replace -c' works well. I'm pretty shure that this report caused by the same issue. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1123671 This message is a reminder that Fedora 20 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 20. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained.
