Description of problem:
internal engine error when attempting to add a host from foreman

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a foreman up and running
2. go to add new host dialogue select foreman discovered
3. provide password and click add

Actual results:
internal engine error

Expected results:
adding host or a descriptive error message

this bug was moved to MODIFIED before vt4 build date thus moving to ON_QA.

verified with rhevm-3.5.0-0.15.beta.el6ev.noarch.

If foreman has a host group and compute resource configured it will display them on the relevant field at the add host menu.
If not when trying to add host the field is is red and add host isn't possible.
