Description of problem:
Packstack execution fails with the following error:

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: <HOST_IP>_neutron.pp
Error: Could not set 'present' on ensure: can't convert nil into String at 105:/var/tmp/packstack/d0f0a3b01f734e79abebc41defd3602f/manifests/<HOST_IP>_neutron.pp^[[0m

3. Execute packstack with an answerfile.

I need openstack-puppet-modules-2014.1-19.3.el6.noarch to address https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1122968 that I was running into.

It looks like the file /usr/share/openstack-puppet/modules/vswitch/lib/puppet/provider/vs_bridge/ovs_redhat.rb is missing. My colleague pulled the file off of openstack-puppet-modules-2014.1-18.el6.noarch and everything seems to work.

Friendly reminder. We need to make a decision based on the availability of the fix in the RDO repo. I would greatly appreciate if I could get an answer to this question.
