Description of problem:
An initial heads-up that 0.0.3 does not seem to build with ghc-7.8
and I note that Debian now has a newer/different version 1.0.0
though it is not on hackage yet.

Since we are planning to update rawhide soon to ghc-7.8
I guess we will also need the newer version.

Okay so apparently this is due to setlocale-0.0.3 being Public Domain
and the original author being from Germany (where there is no Public Domain)
and he also seems to be uncontactable.

Package ghc-setlocale-1.0.0-1.fc21:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing ghc-setlocale-1.0.0-1.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
