Description of problem:
When setting a VM with number of vcpu, higher than the cpu limit on the hosts,
the VM start operation fail , and the error message not includes details of the failure reasons.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.4.2-0.1.el6ev (3.4.2 - av11)
How reproducible:

There was a related fix which sorted out this one as well.
Currently it looks like it's resolved as the message clearly says "the host does not have enough cores for the VM". I'm moving it to ON_QA so you'll be able to verify it (your last attachment verifies it).
