BZ1117447 (HHH-9280) introduced regression, see details in https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-9327

The ownerEntity of the NamingStrategy is no longer the fully qualified class name but now just the simple class name.
Our naming strategy depends on the fact, that we get the fully qualified class name.

This will revert BZ1117447 (HHH-9280).

I have reverted BZ1117447 (HHH-9280) and pushed to 4.2.14.SP3-redhat branch.

Fix for HHH-9280 has been reverted in EAP 6.3.1.CR2.
