Description of problem:

Merge the plugins provided by sos-plugins-openstack into sos.

We've hit two issues (BZ#1106423 & BZ#1138641) as a result of things being out of sync between sos and the sos-plugins-openstack package in RHEL 7. If possible it would be great to have these merged in 7.1 and 7.0.z to avoid future issues like these.
