Description of problem:
All UI dialogs are now stationary and cannot be moved by dragging the dialog header.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEVM: rhevm-3.5.0-0.12.beta.el6ev.noarch (vt3.1).
Client: RHEL 6.5 with firefox-31.1.0-5.el6_5.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Webadmin
2. Go to Data Centers tab -> click New
3. 'New Data Center Dialog' opens, try to move it by dragging the dialog header.

Actual results:
Nothing happens, dialog remains stationary.

Expected results:
Dialog can be moved around the Webadmin GUI.

Additional info:

This applies for all modal dialogs in Webadmin (and also User Portal).

Regression against RHEVM 3.4.
