Description of problem:
boot fail during upgrade from f20 to f21 on udev. it loops trying to boot udev mapper over and over.

1. Do the upgrade. See bug 1146126
2. Do the work around. See bug 1146126 comment 1
3. 

Actual results:
it loops trying to boot udev mapper over and over.

Expected results:
it boots

If the upgrade finished, then this is a udev bug, not a fedup bug.

Did the upgrade finish? Can you attach /var/log/upgrade.log and/or /var/log/fedup.log?

The upgrade didn't finish. This is the reboot after fedup. It never went past that, I had to reboot selecting the older F20 boot kernel.

Proposed as a Blocker for 21-beta by Fedora user bochecha using the blocker tracking app because:
