Description of problem:
If one press the "build" button on a host provisioned on a RHEV-M compute provider, the operation fails with the error message  "Network interface is already in use"

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://satellite6ga.lab.arn.redhat.com/hosts/jswensso1.lab.arn.redhat.com
2. Press the "Build" buttom
