Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nightly, import manifest, enable repo, sync, create content view, promote, create activation key
2. Register and subscribe a client to this nightly


Actual results:
# subscription-manager register --org org1 --activationkey ak1
uninitialized constant Katello::VERSION


Expected results:
Registration should work fine without error

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been
set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
