Officially document how to set up a self-subscribed Red Hat Satellite 5 server so it can register to itself and get updates, based on this kbase:

This is a common customer use case and the kbase was written/reviewed by cliff/taw a while ago, needs to be updated / re-validated for Satellite 5.6 and included in documentation as an officially supported configuration.
