Seems like the Jenkins-client installer timed out. Do you think you could try again and paste? Did you try already several times? We're investigating the issue right now. I'm trying to reproduce the issue.
Could you try removing your Jenkins (server) cartridge and recreating it again? And then try connecting the new Jenkins client to it?
joydeep.bakshi, can you provide us with the exact steps to reproduce? What are the cartridges that you use (rhc apps)?
I just tried the following
> rhc app create jenkins jenkins
> rhc app create php php-5.4
> rhc cartridge-add jenkins-client --app php
and everything worked for me just fine. I couldn't reproduce your issues.
