Seems like the Jenkins-client installer timed out. Do you think you could try again and paste? Did you try already several times? We're investigating the issue right now. P.S.: The text output is always much easier to debug for us comparing to an image/screenshot.

joydeep.bakshi, can you provide us with the exact steps to reproduce? What are the cartridges that you use (rhc apps)? I just tried the following > rhc app create jenkins jenkins > rhc app create php php-5.4 > rhc cartridge-add jenkins-client --app php and everything worked for me just fine. I couldn't reproduce your issues.
