Description Paolo Antinori 2014-11-11 19:51:44 UTC
Description of problem:

Hi guys, this bug is described in high level terms, I am not sure against which component I have to classify it:

I have a Lenovo X220. If I access the Sound panel, in the preferences, I can see an entry representing the speakers that works fine.

The moment I plug my headphones in, that speaker entry disappear and I do not receive any audio in my headphones.

Everything was working fine on F20

Can you double check that the volume isn't just getting set to 0 or something? I have the same laptop and when I plug the headphones the sound switches fine to them and back again when I unplug.

Which pulseaudio and kernel versions are you using?

Comment 5 Paolo Antinori 2014-11-12 18:22:39 UTC
pulseaudio-5.0-24.20141103gitaec81.fc21.x86_64

and kernel: 3.17.2-300.fc21.x86_64

Comment 6 Rui Matos 2014-11-12 18:43:18 UTC
I'm afraid you'll have to downgrade pulseaudio
