This bug is a clone of BZ#1124704 and has been raised to request the inclusion of the content added in that bug to the Installation Guide.

Many thanks for filing this bug Andrew.

I have added a note about UTF-8 encoding in the Installation Options chapter for the BRMS and BPMS Installation and the Getting Started Guides.

This can be verified here [1] for BRMS and here [2] for BPMS, for the Installation Guides. The Getting Started Guides update is identical. 

Moving this to ON_QA.

Once it has been verified, I will set it up for an async release in first week of Dec.
