Description of problem:
xpa-2.1.15-2.fc20 requires tcl(abi)=8.6, but tcl-8.6 isn't available yet, not even in updates-testing. The current tcl-8.5.14-1.fc20 only provides tcl(abi) = 8.5, of course.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xpa-2.1.15-2.fc20

How reproducible:
easily

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update
2. yum install tcl
3. yum install xpa

Actual results:
--> Running transaction check
---> Package xpa.x86_64 0:2.1.15-2.fc20 will be installed
--> Processing Dependency: tcl(abi) = 8.6 for package: xpa-2.1.15-2.fc20.x86_64

Packages skipped because of dependency problems:
    xpa-2.1.15-2.fc20.x86_64 from updates

Expected results:
package installation
